We have a high market demand for 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 sf minimum houses, duplexes, multi-family properties and apartments. 38118, 38115, 38133, 38134, 38135, 38138, 38116, 38125, 38111, 38127, 38119, 38128, 38141, 38109, 38016, 38017, 38018, 38002, 38057, 38053, 38075, 38068 and similar popular flip and rental areas. We do not currently buy in 38114, 38106, 38107, 38105, 38108 (38127 Northaven area, and 38109 Riverside area.)
Properties priced at market value will not be considered. Please price in 30% equity and room for a reasonable rehab amount.
We have a 50/50 JV structure for properties that are under contract. Please make sure that you are direct to seller. We will reject any daisy chain and MLS deals.
For properties not under contract, send the deal and we will work it for you with a minimum $500 referral fee. We will need property address, owner's contact information if available, and any current pictures and rehab amounts if available.

@Maurice Miller I've thought about those routes, but I'm searching now on upwork with an ad in place. I'll need someone long term since I'm really trying to scale and systematize my company. I like the different tools they offer as far as keeping track of the assistant's time and work. Being new to hiring one, I feel like that would be beneficial until I'm experienced enough to hire one directly and have some other management tools in place.
