I have not personally used FB to sell a property but I did just attend a training class with Steve Black and he mentioned all the opportunities there are with using the mass amount of data FB has captured.  Check out his website and see if this might help.

Curious to know BP fam.  Has anyone recently used FB ads to sell a property?  What kind of filters do you use to really target solid buyers for a specific area?  Tried it in the past with no luck, all though I did get a few opt one to my buyers list, and I know algorithms and all that jazz changes often.  Curious to know what has worked for anyone recently.  Looking to test one out asap.

Post: Calling Systems With Script Integration

What' going on BP!  Quick question.  I have two assistants who do cold calling for me, but I'm looking for a better phone system designed for cold calling.  I currently have them use Skype, and they have scripts linked to my website which pushes the information into Podio.

Is anyone currently using a program which has the script integrated?  I remember way back when I was working in a call center, and the program would have a separate screen for each question and move forward to the next question based on responses.  Is there anything like that available for real estate companies that I may still be able to push into Podio?

BOOM! quick couple thousand extra right there.

Not a bad idea at all.  I guess the topic is more so how to automate getting buyers through V.A.s.  Like continuous leads and communication that I don' have to do.  2018 is about removing myself from being "in" my business and working "on" the business.  But I'm going to test a couple of things out before I get to that point.

I haven't used skipgenie, but I have used a V.A. to skiptrace for me. She had access to TLO and Lexis Nexis.

Just wanted to jump back on topic, but anybody using a VA for buyer leads?  I'm doing pretty well with sellers, but could use some solid advice on generating buyers.  My main problem is that I have a core group of guys I can depend on to pick up most of my deals, but  they don't buy in some areas, I'm thinking of jumping into another market and need buyers, etc.  Sometimes I feel like my deals could be seen by a wider audience, but I want to automate the task a bit more.

Has anyone tested using a V.A. for things like SEO, social media posts and ads, Craigslist post, running their PPC or any other way to generate buyers?  Maybe having them to email blast your deals and actually talk to buyers?

I really wish we could have a whole BP podcast on VAs for REIs

Agreed!  That podcast is needed.  I've just been doing trial and error so far.
