Post: Books on Team Building for Wholesale Real Estate

Hey guys. Quick question, but has anyone come across any decent books on building out a solid team for wholesale real estate? I'm working with a 2 person team now, myself and a virtual assistant, but looking to scale. I recently read Jason Ellwoods book "Fire Yourself" and it gave some great steps toward hiring an acquisitions manager that I'm working on implementing, but has anyone read anything else?

What's going on BP family. Quick question. I've been skip tracing using Intellius, but looking to outsource this using a better site. Has anyone used Upwork to hire a skip tracer who uses TLO or Lexis Nexis? And how much do you usually pay per lead?

@Paul Ritter plan was to learn it and put someone else in place to run it. I've only done minor research on it though so thank you for the insight. If it turns out to not be worth the hastle, I won't do it.

Hello BP family! Quick question. I recently got licensed and noticed that some agents are also offering credit repair services for their potential home buyers if needed. Where is a good place to start on finding out how to do credit repair? Are any of the services/programs/software that are paid for monthly recommended? Thanks for any feedback!

Thanks! Is it a set fee for quiet titles with A&C and how much?

Hey BP family. Wondering if anyone has a good recommendation for a lawyer that can perform a quiet title action and what the average cost is in Memphis, TN? I have a lead on a property that was bought in a tax sale. Plan is to go ahead and purchase, clean title and resell. Any suggestions? I have a couple that I plan to use Tax Title Services for, so I am already familiar with their services but I plan to keep those. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
