Did you make offers or did they get accepted? And how did they get accepted so fast?

Also what state are they located in?

I went and it was very superficial in terms of what info was given. They say send letters and make offers but don't really provide nuts and bolts, which is what newbies need. That said I understand how that could be hard to squeeze all that into 3 days.

I did get to meet pizza face from All That. I miss that show.

Why not wait till you get there. When you find a deal then start to ask how to figure it out.

the Atlanta REI meets at the 5 seasons every Thursday in sandy springs at 1:30.

There's also a north metro REIA that meets near Barrett parkway and 92.

There are a lot of meet ups that happen up there too. I mean a ton.
