Hello BP, I'm new to the site and have been really enjoying all it has to offer! I've been living in Las Vegas for 22 years now and I have become burnt out (I guess to much partying can do that) so I'm planning to move to Texas or Atlanta this year. I have $25,000 to invest right now so I would like to find fix and flip using hard money to get started. My ultimate plan is to house hack when I do relocate and continue fix and flipping and build a apartment portfolio. So I would love to hear input from all!

 Step 1. Check!

Step 2 make a decision. Texas has more cites but Atlanta has me so I think it's a better choice.

Step 3 Do it.

I have a team, Sol Collective Realty and our objective are to wholesale and then eventually move into the investor world(buy&hold/fix/flip). I am interested in any advice anyone has to offer.

Thnx Iman

Welcome to Atlanta Iman. I'm going to one of Frank's metopes tonight actually. Keep pushing that marketing out and you'll get a deal soon.

So you are buying wholesale deal?

it's easy to fax or over tand the title co. Just make it easy for them to buy it. Plus the attorney will email them and get all the info they need to close.

The buyer will pay the title co for the closing.
