@Chris Carson I'm curious, because I've seen this mentioned by many Floridans, but what exactly do you refer to when you say Florida is a very landlord friendly state?

@Scott Watkins Welcome to Biggerpockets! If you're looking to flip houses I highly recommend reading J Scott's book on flipping houses.

@Scott Inmon It depends on the guarantees on the new appliances. Having worked as a kitchen designer for several years I can recommend going for new appliances if you are concerned that the buyer will come to you with any complaints. Many appliances have guarantees that last for 5 years ensuring that any issues can be brought directly to the supplier, instead of you as the seller.

@Marvin S. I think I speak for many of us when I say I find your post(s) confusing. What exactly do you mean by "your current platform sucks"? If you're referring to how you don't like BP,  I find that hard to believe, given that you have more than 650 posts.

@Wihan VanWyk When I was looking into multifamily investing in Norway I encountered the same challange. What worked for me was getting directly in touch with commercial brokers to have them send me deals.

@Scott Heitman I tried searching the web for the information you need, but I couldn't find anything. My recommendation to you is contacting the FHA administration directly and asking them your question.

Best of luck!

The best questions seem to have a ton of answers. Ask away!

I agree. The challange is that many questions are too vague to answer. Only very spesific questions can get you very spesific answers.

@Fareed R. Beautiful house, and nice numbers. If I can make one recommendation it's to consider the amount of tree roots in the ground, in case it needs landscaping or foundation work. I recall one podcast on the BP podcast (can't rembember his name now) who had a lot of extra work related to the removal of tree stumps and roots on the property.
