My company offers homeowners the exact same thing (except our managers are not in charge of supplying furniture/appliances). 

Would you personally be making offers to homeowners to buy out their weeks? If so, make sure you have a very good understanding of the numbers and how much you can expect to make. As my company helps vacation rental managers make fixed offers, I'd be happy to share our calculator with you. It may help you estimate your costs & figure out how much you can expect to make & offer.

I looked at Airbnb's historical data for Longmont condos, and it looks like you could expect about a 44% booking rate. 

To answer your question, HomeAway reports that self-managing a home takes on average 8.4 hours per week. 

You could, however, probably get that number down by automating some of the processes. Keyless locks, for example, will save you time.
