I think it looks great. Simple, crisp, and professional with easy to read contact info and (importantly) your face. My first thought when I saw the image was "turnkey", which may or may not be your intention, but I was probably looking at it too literally! Best of luck.

Cody L. Thanks a lot for the kind words. We like to put out a product that we can be proud of. Luckily it can also be profitable.

Chris Sullens I'd say there is no standard as there are hundreds of variations. I use Behr Silver Tradition, which is an older color that they don't carry in the swatches any longer. It's a pale gray that looks great against a pop of white on trim or ceiling.

Thanks @Andre Hardowin

10% down on purchase price only, rehab costs came out of pocket. Used Rezamp Lending - a great group to work with here in Arizona.

@Kellen King thanks you. I agree but it's equally important to know your farm area. That helps when you're on the fence!

@Adam M. you would need a stucco or exterior mortar mix but it would definitely work. Google "German smear" - lots of examples.

@Adam M. Thanks. We thought the wood paneling would be a nice touch.

Glad you asked about the fireplace!  We mortar washed it.  Kind of like a whitewash but using white mortar for texture.  The old fireplace was dark with very deep grout lines so we figured this was a nice way to brighten and modernize it.

A great success, congrats.  Loving the barn doors.
