I've got a fix and flip under contract (I've flipped 6 properties so far and own 25 units) and have raised $175k for this deal, but need another $100k to get to closing. I'm offering 12% to the right lender. Paid out at closing. Estimated 90 day turnaround as it's a purely cosmetic flip (paint, light fixtures, landscaping, etc.). Message me with any questions.
