I know it can be hard to focus on the right investment strategy for you. I've been all over the place at times. It's critical to start with the end in mind and reverse engineer. Then you can confidently put a plan together to get you there. Of course, things change, but if you have a plan, then change doesn't have to derail you. Instead it can accelerate growth.

I'm with eXp and I wouldn't recommend it for brand new agents. If I would have started here as a new agent, knowing nothing, I would have failed. That being said, they do have a mentor program that is supposed to be pretty good.
