GSA is horribly slow. I was involved in an action that closed 6-14 (?), and it still isn't closed in escrow. USPS just sold of a bunch and USPS building and land.

I think there are much better returning commercial tenants.

Determine the highest and best use is the $1M question. The property is on a hard corner and is 14K sq. ft.

Throwing up and small condo or apartment complex would like get the best $$$, but I am curious  about whatelse is how this. The property is a preforeclosure that I am trying to save from the TR. It currently is a used car lot,

There is a lot of differing opinions out there, 49/51% ownership, check book LLC, etc.

I was point to a couple IRS ruling letter. They were confirm that what was being pitched was troublesome for the IRS.

rEMEMBER, BEHIND EVERY MORTGAGE OR TRUST DEED THERE IS A NOTE. I look at pre foreclosure properties.. and try to control the property buy buying a JR lien.

There are lots of websites... Banks more frequently sell commercial notes.

I have found a property that is preforclosure, but is prime to be redevelop. Is there any one on BP that is in the commercial infill development?

Does the reverse mortgage have a DOS clause? Do you care or are you comfortable with the associated risk.

See if there in any provision in the loan to be assumes or gifted to childres.
