I own in Indi and love it. Highly recommend. 

Mine charges anywhere from 9-12% depending on number of units and charges 10% of first month of rent.  You will be responsible for all other costs of property, but generally all repairs are shopped out to get best cost.

Hey - welcome to the community. Some will likely disagree with me here - but my quick perspective is that with the resources of the people up here, you probably don't need a turnkey.
