@Shayla Collins I am wrapping up a flip in Grove Park which I hope is complete in the next 30 days or so...talk about bad timing. Way too early to panic though. Sales in certain parts of Atlanta are still pretty strong. I am a lender and we are still lending for retail buyers as well.

Yes please send. I am mainly out of state myself these days. Although I do have a neighbor who went driving for dollars and picked up a 3/2 in Palm Springs and converted to a 4/2. Acquired the property for $155k put about $65k into it and sold it for $295k. The seller was moving to California the following month. My neighbor even told her she would buy her car which helped seal the deal.
