Not all charge origination points. We only charge a flat fee of a little less than $1500. Any other “origination points” are used to buy down the rate.

@Dwayne Clarke happy new year to you as well! Yeah just keep making those phone calls. Im sure you will find someone, maybe even a small local bank. I invest out of state as well and had to use a small local lender to pull cash out.

I’ve been hearing great things about it. I wanted to start off with a few cash cars maybe a Prius and Mustang convertible. It’s too many Tesla’s on the platform in South Florida. 

When you do the contactless pickup at what point are you uploading pictures of the car into the app?
