@Danny Kay This will be the last time working without one in the city that's for sure. Do you think it was mainly due to the extent of the renovation?

@Heyward Lovett

I think I read somewhere on there the property in WPb might be a B area..not true. Very few places they have properties like this in west palm and where they are it isn’t a B area..Good news is the rents are currently very low for anywhere around here...there are ALOt of investors in Palm Beach county that don’t let good deals stay on the market long. Tread lightly my friend. Feel free to PM if you have more specific questions.

@Jay Ragland the last request they had were for live and dead load calculations. I wish they requested earlier instead of 5-6 weeks in the game. Thats the reason we had to get an architect

@Jay Ragland hmmm I thought so as well. He hasn't even started demo and said he can't without the permit. Using hard money also so this long delay definitely isn't helping

@Jay Ragland Nice work. What kind of turnaround are you seeing when applying for permits with the City of Atlanta? I'm working on one in Grove Park now and its been in permitting for maybe 6 weeks which seems really long to me. My contractor is telling me they keep asking for more stuff. We just hired an architect last week to finish a few drawings up..hopefully we can get going soon
