I just watched the news and heard that there was a 400 point drop in the stock market and it is not going to stop. Will this drop spill over to real estate? I know that many people make predictions about the stock market but real estate market isn't normally discussed in the local news here in Hawaii.

Hard to say!!! I wouldn't ever trust a property manager with my life, but I use liberty management. They have management that actually invest in real estate.

Are you able to do any further HELOCs or Home Equity Loans? Maybe you could pull some equity to pay off debt if your comfortable with it.

I think it would be easier for you to get your own real estate license. If others don't want to work with you, it would be easier to be an agent yourself.
