My 1st step would be financing before you go for an agent, you already have property, now all that is left is to see the condition of the property and (if any fixes or adjustments need to be done). It helps to have a realtor to speed up the process or fill in where you dont understand but make sure you have the finances for a just in case.

I dont have any experience with it but know alot about it. Im not going to put anything i hold into LLC till i get a profolio of atleast 5 Single family rentals (for tax purposes).

never forget your ambitions and keep that vision alive for that you will run into some hard times, its a learning curve that is a fact but i wish you the best and if you have questions, i will try to answer them.

Hello everyone, im new here as to a investor that is seeking information as well as good people where i can learn from in investing and accomplish my goal considering that i will be doing commercial and residential properties. I never thought that finding a realtor would be a drag at times or maybe im just going at looking the wrong way but im sure that i can find a investor friendly realtor. Looking to invest on my 1st home before summer and i would like to know your thoughts, suggestions and advice on the subject.
