Ask what strategy they invest in(fix and flip or/and holding homes) as well as what type of property they invest in (resident or commercial or both), what is there min and max they will invest as well as there interest rate that is about as far as i know.

I suggest renting the space out and getting what you can from renting before selling, as time passes, refinance and then give it some time and build more equity then sell.

Make sure that you put in for the property manager (if you get 1) otherwise, that isnt a bad deal at all for your 1st apt.
