@Juan
@Juan Carlos Cabrera. How’s everything going for you ? What method did you end up using to scrub your list and make sure the numbers aren’t on the DNC list ? I’m currently looking for a reliable service for this exact same purpose. I know a few wholesalers that don’t bother to check if their numbers are on the DNC list, however I prefer to play it safe, avoid fines, and respect those individuals that signed up for the DNC option.

@Amanda Galindo. Was just wondering if you ever ended up discovering a service that could do both. I'm having the same difficulty as you.

I’m currently compiling my list of absentee owners, pre-foreclosures, etc.. and I would like recommendations for any particular software/services that offer both Skip Tracing & would also scrub my lists to make sure I don’t attempt to contact any individuals on the National Do No Call List. I would prefer to find a 1 stop shop for both of these tasks as opposed to using 2 different software/services. Any recommendations for you guys would truly be appreciated.

@Sy Pires. Sorry for such a late response. Let's chat and discuss possible business opportunities between us. I'm always willing to partner up and make us both some money.

Ended up using a FHA loan to purchase a Off-Market Triplex property instead. Back in June of 2018. Negotiated directly with the seller. No agents involved and got the house for about 70k under the estimated ARV. So far I've invested about 10k into some cosmetic work on the property and probably going to list it on the MLS soon. Judging by the comps I'm pretty sure I can clear close to 100k profit. Sorry for the late update, I've had my hands full being a landlord. lol.
