You should find out who the local REIA is in the area and either join/network with them or call their President and ask for a referral....you can probably find the local REIA on this website or at www.nationalreia.com....not sure if there is a chapter in NM but my guess is that you will find one.

Well that's disappointing to hear but I appreciate the feedback all the same.

Not sure when you came to one of our meetings or which meeting you attended but we have about 5-6 meetings around Puget Sound every month. Most are content only where nothing is for sale. They are all about local investors doing deals, building their teams and networking. In May we have a our annual "What I would do differently" event where our members get on stage and discuss what didn't go right on a deal and how to avoid it next time. This month we have a self-storage expert as our guest speaker....and tonight we are hosting Bigger Pocket's own Brandon Turner out our Kitsap Satellite meeting....if you can make it let me know and I will get you a guest pass.

Join your local REIA! That is the best place to find your local community.
