Not all the great deals are off market. Every now and then I’ve been able to pick up a few on market.

Business process outsourcing (BPO) is the practice of contracting a specific work process or processes to an external service provider. The services can include payroll, accounting, telemarketing, data recording, social media marketing, customer support, and more.

@Mark Rogers I filed two claims on properties back in March, but didn’t follow through or receive any money from the insurance company which was Safe Auto on either one. Since I started the claim they said they couldn’t write me for three years from this past March. I’m in the process of buying additional properties and will obviously need insurance. How would you handle this situation? I spoke with State Farm which I have my auto insurance with and they basically said the same.

I filed two claims back in March and even though I didn’t move forward with the claim on either two different companies said they wouldn’t write me for 3 years from March. What are my options? I’m about to buy some investment properties.

@Greg Dickerson
Get a partner that has some money for down payment. 1/2 of a good deal is better than no good deal
