We are selling our contract on this property. We will be hosting an inspection period for any interested investors on Monday, April 23rd from 4-6 pm. If you are in the area, bring anyone you want to come through it with you. My estimated ARV is 70-75 depending on what you want to do to it. In my opinion (again everyone has different plans and ideas so come check it out for yourself) I would put in some flooring, paint it and be done. I personally think it makes a great lease option or rent to own or a long term rental. This is a great option for the BRRRR strategy.

Earnest Money must be in to our title company by 12 pm on Friday the 27th is you are the highest and best offer.

How can you fund a deal with no money out of your pocket and/or low or no credit?

This month's meeting will breakdown a few real life deals. First we will discuss how it was actually funded and then we will have a panel of lenders discuss how they might have been able to also help fund the same deal, all with the goal of you having little to no money in to the deal!

The second half of the meeting, we will break up in to smaller groups with a lender or a seasoned investor. This will be someone who has used some of the strategies we will cover and you will be able to share a deal you are looking at or maybe one you passed on in the past. The group will discuss possible ways perhaps it could have been funded differently and you will be able to make connections to other investors and lenders.

If you are a private money lender, you will be able to meet hungry investors who need money and need what you do! You will not want to miss this meeting!

Corey is from Pulaski, WI and has lived and worked in the Green Bay area for over 10 years. After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, he became passionate about creating time-freedom through real estate. In 2017, his first year in real estate, Corey started growing his rental portfolio to include 3 duplexes and a single family. He used the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy to acquire these properties and loves teaching this strategy to new investors to help them get into the real estate market with little/no money down. After accidentally flipping a 4-plex in August of 2017 Corey became intrigued with the fix-and-flip space. Corey is actively wholesaling and flipping homes in the Green Bay area and is expanding his wholesaling and flipping business to reach more of Northeast Wisconsin in 2018.

Carrie Reyment: Carrie loves helping people, she is passionate about serving her family and her community. She resigned from her job as a Registered Nurse to be a stay-at-home mom in 2015. When her husband, Corey, started getting involved in real estate she hesitantly began to research it herself. After reading and researching for a couple of months she realized that this could be another avenue to help people and to ultimately achieve her family’s goal of time freedom.
