We have been approached by someone who wants to use a HELOC to loan us funding for our acquisitions. Are there any good links or websites I can share with them to educate them on the pro's or con's to doing so?

Hi All! We have some potential investors interested in using a HELOC on a few properties they own free and clear to lend to us. They do not want to acquire more properties but they like real estate and like the idea of making money on their equity. Are there any good articles or links that I can send them that would give them more insight on the pro's and con's to doing this so they can make an educated decision if they want to take that route with us?

Just reduced! Investors, bring your ideas, this one is a potential gem! Needs some work but the equity is there! Comps would be $105-110,000 after repairs. We are selling our contract for this property now for $53,000!!!

Hi BP Nation! We are expanding our portfolio and looking for lenders! We are currently using direct mail to find off market deals and we will be getting access to the MLS in the next 7-10 days. We are looking to acquire 40 doors in the next 3 years using the BRRRR strategy and are in need of some lenders who are looking to earn some interest on their money! Please contact us if you would be interested in financing some deals and talking more about becoming a partner with us!

Hi All!

With Christmas coming up we will be seeing old family and friends. Some of which have expressed some initial interest in investing with us as private investors to fund our BRRRR strategy. They have asked to us to present them any info on what we are looking to do and how they would benefit. Is there any ideas or web links to go to that we can put in their information and calculate our a potential return on their investment worksheet and the pro's of being a private investor for real estate deals?

Thanks @Account Closed, great advice however we are purchasing the property in our names, you think that they would take as far as to look that up? Wouldnt I need to write that in the lease, who the owners are? We were planning to buy it in our names and then refi it under the llc.
