I just did it myself. It feels weird, but hey, you become what you believe!

@Shanequa J. I haven't gotten to PPC yet for real estate investing, still working on my site, but I do do it for my current business. We are the top ranking site for almost every keyword in our industry, but my PPC campaigns still generate great ROI. I think it's a multitude of things, sometimes people still really don't know that the top ones are ads, some don't care, some are just lazy. I find current clients who are simply returning to our site still click on those top ads sometimes, which boggles my mind. If you can afford it, I'd try it.

@Eduardo Ramirez @Joshua H. @Jason Woodrow Thank you for the advice! I went on ListSource and made a purchase! A bit scary but I feel good!

Thank you @Nathan Weaver and @Claire Trammell! I purchased a list, now on to make some postcards! I'm forcing myself to make more posts, and take at least one action everyday.

I'm getting dangerously close to education overload on wholesaling and I know I'm at a point where I need to do something. I am a marketer, and internet/social media has always been my thing which I intend to use to the best of my ability. I currently have a website being built, I've ordered business cards, but I know I need to do some direct mail. I'd like to start with postcards. My question is...lists are expensive! Is it possible to start with $150 a month? Right now I'm plugging my money into the website but I don't want to leave mail out. What is your favorite list source?

I love your solution! If I were the buyer I'd be very appreciative of being able to chose a finish like that!
