     IRS lien  redemption period is 120 days

You might mention some of the negatives of tax sales

Looking through your past posts  I'm inclined to think your just posting to drum up business

     Spring is in the air a time for gardening and sprucing up the front yard

@Phillip Syrios  The fence was chain link,  he actually dug out some of the posts set in concrete.

      His father made me a fair offer for damages /theft  : )  his boy was slow ,couldn't pass a driving test had to get rides or use a bike  he received a gov check each month and did odd jobs 

just a thought utilities could run a lot more  

    Had one who took fence and gates, both toilets , kitchen and bath sinks and hot water tank.

He had bought a stripped trailer and needed a few things 

So If I wear dark enough glasses 

The place  looks empty so I can't see any stuff tenant left ,so nothing to store 

  I have enclosed it in plastic raceway from lowes or homedepo

Usually if there is a percent it's a tax lien not a tax deed  don' know how they do things there.
