Hey Sara. I guess start by seeing if they own properties themselves (good), does there client base already have investors (good), what do they charge for closings (flat fee?), do they have a CPA they typically work with or recommend (CPA and attorney relationship is important in entity formation), do they regularly deal with hard money transactions, back to back closings, owner finance, any type of transactions you will be dealing with.. whats that history?
Hope that helps!

So I'm looking for an online service to mail out my lease agreements back to tenants once completed. I use buildium, but it does not allow for such mailing out. I can email out lease agreements to tenants, but not mail.
Does anyone use any services to mail out such multiple page documents? I found www.mailaletter.com, but wondering if anyone is using anything else.
Thanks.

Hey Ryan. May depend on location and contacts that can get you best discounts. As well as whether normal projects or high-end. I personally use Home Depot for almost everything because of the accumulated discounts I get. You can get 20-30% off between in-store and affiliate discounts. Aside, purchase over $1000 material and they discount further.
Hope that helps.
