First, I listed to the 10X Rule audiobook after it was on Brandon's list. I LITERALLY have been telling everyone I know about how awesome this book is. Now this podcast is so serendipitous. Thank you Grant for being on the podcast, extremely well done Josh and Brandon. This one is one of my top 3 favorite of all.

Seems like a good, plausible idea to build storage units. I have no idea what the cost to build there would be though.

@Jeff Cashell The property classes are subjective, especially class B. I find it easier to outline the boundaries. Assuming there are only 3 categories:
Class A would be Upper Arlington, Dublin, etc - extremely desirable by all
Class C would be the Bottoms, South Linden, Driving Park, etc - undesirable, lots of crime
Class B is somewhere in the middle. This would be good, working class neighborhood with low/moderate crime. Again, it's extremely subjective.

I didn't know @Karen Rittenhouse wrote a book. I'm going to order it now. You give such great advice, I'm sure the book is a gold mine. Thanks for the tip @Melissa Reid

Hi there @Damon Marshall I'm not sure exactly what you are asking for.

have you considered putting concrete on top of the existing countertop? It looks to be in good condition. I think the kits are about $35 at Home Depot/Lowes.
You could also paint the countertop and backsplash. If they are in good condition and already indestructible (these appear so), then I say paint it!
