@Account Closed Welcome.

Got few questions:

  • Why are interested in real estate?  Basically what is your why.
  • Where do you plan to focus on Ohio?
  • What are your realestate goals and your plan to achieve them?

I am jealous you are starting off at 22 on your real estate journey.

For that matter, they may be dealing with COVID related matters like fear, job loss, stock market fears, etc. This is one more unknown for them.

What problem are you solving for these people? That's rhetorical. Be able to answer that for each of your sellers.

 @Remington Lyman Great response.  To add to it, I recently read a book "never split the difference" that could help a lot.

I second @Remington Lyman on Columbus only because we have the best football team in the nation.  Check out who has the top recruiters during the pandemic - https://247sports.com/Season/2021-Football/CompositeCoachRankings/

I have heloc through huntington on my peronsal home but when speaking with them about financing investment properties, they typically tell me they do not like to fund investment properties.  They might have a different view of helocs for them.

@Johnathan Simeroth Great question.  Couple questions:

       - If you go with the latter, how will you know what the rehab costs are without a GC?

  •   - Would this be your first deal in columbus?
