Did this building have laundry at one point and it was removed?

If there jumping off the roof how does the inside of the unit look? How's the window screen doing on the window he climbed out off?

Trying to figure out how that conversation went, "hey saw you peeing over there, o ya, can we try not to do that in the future, ok"

If it was a single wide in good condtion it would be worth something but like Bryan said the cost of moving setup on a 27 year old double wide isn't feasible, in my area anyway.

Thanks for the update, my concern was the utility company because we have found that things can be fixed fast but there schedule can be out a few days.

I assume the guy with the meat was a hunter or bought a 1/2 cow.

I would make sure there isn't a bird or something stuck in the vent pipe prior to everything else. It sounds like a vent issue. Best of luck, be sure to let us know what the issue was.

How does your lease spell out the responsibilities for the washer/dryer?
