You know to the original questioner there is a price to pay to become successful
like moving into places to reduce capitol gains taxes ,like having to put up with
tenants that damage your rentals , like the risk that a place is empty for a month or two
and so on but that being said ,it is great to reap the fruits of paying the price .
I love people that make things happen ,... YES YES YES getting ready to open

Get it strait if you get a loan and you move into the property and live there and you are telling all of B P that you cannot move out sometime later ??????? You had better go look and study some more as
that is not illegal now if you are saying an out right lie yes you are right but that should not take a brain surgeon to figure that out lying on any application is illegal hello brain going over the speed limit is illegal cheating on taxes is outright fraud yes Mss MINDY thanks for your legal advise .

PLEASE don't lie Have you ever changed your mind????
Plan to move in tell the truth and than after if you change your mind and move out a very short time later thats not lying that is helping yourself getting where you like to go.
In addition please always make sure that you keep paying your payments on time thats what lenders like to see . We would never have see the large default rate and great recession had every body kept paying. so keep paying and like myself got to be a millionaire before i was 35
