I use http://cozy.co/ for credit-background check. I also said if they apply, I would refund the money back from the first month rent. Usually the ones willing to apply have no red flags on them. Other just don't bother , that's a great filter.

@Joe Gilroy agree with the previous post , that’s not existing down here ...unless is a 55 plus only type of condo, where no rental is allowed.

I been looking for a bank for the last weeks for a cash out refi to complete a BRRRR transaction. Seems the big players are gone because of the current situation ( Wells Fargo, TD Bank..etc).
My Ranking:
3rd place: Federal Savings ( 4% +1 point, 755 LTV, forced escrow)
2nd place : AIM loans (3.875% + 3 points, 75% LTV, no escrow)
1st place : Axos Bank ( 3.875% + 0.25% points, 75% LTV, no escrow)
Just passing the word to save someone a couple of weeks of research.
