Keelan, there are DSCR lenders who specialize in financing FN's. I recently quoted a Canadian FN 75% LTV on a 30 year fixed.

We fund DSCR loans for both Long Term and Short-Term properties, almost nationwide.

Basic guidelines:
30 year fixed term

80-85% LTV - Rate Range high 4's to mid 5's fixed

Min 690 FICO

Min $125k Property Value
