@Matthew Spence I'd say go with a business degree and focus on real estate. I would also recommend majoring in accounting. It will help you understand key business concepts that you will need in the future. 

@Uday S have you tried calling some of the larger landlords around campus? I see billboards and posters all the time I'm in Clifton.  I think they would be able to at least point you in the right direction. 

@Chad M. I agree with @Account Closed$100K will go along way in Toledo.

@Evan Haag @Jay Mersfelder this is great insight guys. I bought my primary residence in Covington last year and now I am considering adding to my investment portfolio here as well. Do you have a good realtor you use for properties coming onto the market?

@Aaron Winters I also would be interested in hearing the outcome. Were you able to gain any traction with inbound with all the outbound marketing that already exists in this space? 

@Carollee Fleming this is a case by case basis. However, you married your spouse for a reason so I am sure he or she can always fill gaps for you. I personally let my wife help with interior design and showings. 

@Kevin Donaghue it all depends on the investment property. Once you've found the right property, run the number for both options and make your decision based on the data!
