@Ben G. I think a beer is a great idea for our next meetup... That should be much easier to plan. Just a social.

@Brandon Turner Got a new idea for BP... Where is the suggestion box?

You guys should create a Book Review store.

Allow people to click "Finished Book" and leave a review... I want to know how the books affected the Reader's life.

Heck, maybe create a BP book club! ha

I'm currently reading 4-Hour Work Week, The Art of Talking to Anyone, The New Testament, my Realtor class book, and I just bought 4-Hour Chef =)

What about Audio content!

Earl Nightingale and Brian Tracy

Loved the story =] I'm not sure who Mike recommended as a lender but Todd Rohrbacher is local here and has done 100+ flips himself. (I'm sure Mike's recommendation is good none the less) Todd is really knowledgeable and can do up to 10 loans. Really great guy to to talk to. Matter of fact... Here is the link to setting up your "REI Friendly Team" in metro Indianapolis. http://bit.ly/REIContactList These are all the people I've come across that are involved with REIs full time. Make sure you respect their time and they will help you move forward in your venture. (Feel free to tell them I sent you!) Send me a PM with any questions.

1,000,000 is a lot. So quickly too. That is awesome! Congrats fellas.

I'll have to admit... I was probably 372 of those downloads... ha

Welcome to BP =) What a great start. I'd love to hear more of your story sometime. We have a meetup next weekend on the 25th in broad ripple if you're interested in attending. You'll have a chance to do some of your networking there. http://bit.ly/IndyREIMeetup Send me a PM if you've got questions!

Stop. Do not pay for any of that right now before understanding a few things: 1) how much time do you have to answer phones 2) how do you plan on analyzing props (more time) 3) what do you plan to do with the props after you have them under contract Come to our meetup next weekend on the 25th. Send me a PM and we can chat more.

@Robert Anderson you look really familiar... Did you graduate from Noblesville?

@Josh C. If you all are looking to get together it might be a good time to meet at our "unofficial" BP meetup next Saturday in Broadripple.

@Christine C. gave the link above to get connected.

It's really laid back and a great opportunity to dive into REI.

Haha Indeed it will @Shawn Holsapple

BTW Shawn has a wealth of real estate experience and has been a huge help in answering questions at the past events.

There will be both new and experienced investors attending.

Don't worry about dressing up! Last time I came in my sweatpants ha The meeting is very laid back.
