@Ali Boone

You sure seem to know a heck of a-lot about different markets throughout the country.

Do you travel a bunch to invest in different areas?

@Patrick H.

That is not surprising sir, your work looks like from someone that has been around the block before.

Again, nice work.

Post: Can I List My Own Wholesale Deal On MLS?

NICE!

Well, in order to get the property on the MLS, a listing agreement needs to be signed, buy the seller.

If I have equitable right in the property, should I then be able to sign the listing agreement as the seller to get the property on the MLS ?

As I am purchasing it for a discount and then re-selling it "possibly'' on the MLS to have a wider buyer base, plus I want to be able to control the sell price.

Again, if anyone has a good idea on how to structure this and if I am on the right track, it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Not certain what the heck escrow funds have to do with the right to list btw.. And as mentioned the listing would become property of the Broker and they may not allow it as a business model.
