I love this! @Jorge Abreu You're absolutely right—success in real estate (or any venture) is built on mindset, systems, and resilience. For me, it started with Think and Grow Rich too—it shifted my whole perspective on what’s possible. Pair that with E-myth to build solid systems and Can’t Hurt Me for mental toughness, and you’ve got a killer combo.

But here’s the real trick: consistent action. I took what I learned, applied it, made mistakes, and kept going. Success doesn’t come overnight, but if you stay focused and keep pushing forward, the results will blow your mind.

Education without execution is just plain entertainment.

Let’s make it happen! 💪📚

Great post @Robby Sanchez Spot on! Communication is EVERYTHING not just in multifamily but for any type of deals. I’ve learned the hard way that a little miscommunication can lead to big headaches. For me, weekly check-ins and just being real with my team—like saying, “Hey, I’m not sure, let me check on that”—have saved so many situations. Staying on the same page and building trust.

Quote from @Johnny Lynum:

If you had the chance to invest in your first property, would you choose a single-family home or a multifamily property? I’ve heard arguments for both, but I’m curious—what’s your preference, and why?

When I was 22, I did a house hack, and I highly recommend it. It allows you to take advantage of a low down payment loan. For out-of-state investors, I suggest considering a C-class turnkey single-family home. These properties are often easier and more affordable to manage. This experience will help you prepare for more complex real estate deals in the future.

love this! My first real estate deal —I used my VA loan and ended up house hacking too. No money down, and it opened my eyes to the power of real estate! Great advise @Remington Lyman! It's all about starting smart and scaling up!
