Kyle Albert Jacobs right it's a decent area but Hamilton is really a street by street type of city where you have a really nice street followed by a rough one. But things have been steadily improving over the years and it's getting harder and harder finding good cash flowing properties.

Matt Andrews I'm interested in exploring multi unit opportunities in your market. I've been an active investor in Hamilton since 2011. Let's connect, please PM.

Hi @John D. I recently moved to OC from Canada and looking to start building a more local portfolio. I've been spending considerable time researching about Palm Springs/LaQuinta/Indio areas...recently spent a week in Indio at Indian Springs....looking to meet other investors and ask them for opinions and advice...

Would you be open to share some thoughts on the market, where ideally to invest and price ranges? Also would you have a good local bank for mortgage?

Your help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Thomas
