I do regularly visit local meetings You can find several on meetup.com. Hobby Millionaire is run by Bonnie Laslo and Curtis Waters They are investor friendly agents. I am a wholesaler who works mostly out of eastern Gastonia. If you have a particular need I can see what I can find for you. As for a analyzer app. I use deal analyzer it's a free app for iPhone. It's a free app. You can break down the repairs by line item or you can just plug in and customize numbers. I hope I can help you in the near future. Thanks
