Welcome Darrell Crews to BP. You have come to the right place to learn about real estate investing. I'm new as well but in the past month I have learned so much. Start off with the BP Ultimate Beginners Guide. It will give you a foundation to start with. Read the blogs and listen to the pod casts. Set up your key word search for your area that way anytime anyone talks about it you can take a look at it. Finally get involved. When you read a blog leave a comment even if it is thank you. Greet new members just by saying hello. Also get out in to the community and network with local investors. You can find meetings in your area at meetup.com under real estate. If you really want to develop your property contact Alex Franks He is doing a lot of new construction with multi unit properties. He could give you some helpful advice. Best of luck
