Thanks gentlemen that does help. To help narrow my question down some @Samuel DeMass I'm looking for off market deals. They are usually not listed or up for sale just yet. To be more specific, if I drive a neighborhood and find a property that either looks empty or is in disrepair, how can I find out the owners information so I may start a dialog with them about their property?
