@Mark Cruse great information. Yes I continue to grow my knowledge because there is no earning without learning. Currently I am reading the BiggerPockets book about fix and flips along with estimating rehab cost. Luckily for me, the real estate agent I purchased my primary residence through is an investor and she has been guiding me along the way. Definitely, it would be good to team up with you on future deals.
