@Julie Hassett this is awesome! I loved the fact that you gave a run down of your project from start to end. I had a property under contract just last week in Belair-Edison, but I walked away from it after the inspection and contractor walkthrough. It was just not worth it, I am currently still in the market to secure my first investment property.

@Art Perkitny which of the header description should be selected on the map to see this info? I have been using the map to see median household income, unemployment rate, poverty rate and major developments in areas. But I never saw this risk factor map.

@Charlie Anne your realtor is focusing on their commission. You need to have concrete comp, so realtor needs to show how they arrived at that ARV.

Completed due diligence on rental property I have under contract. Outside the main column support has a huge crack, so much that the current owner has four metal braces to keep it from shifting, basement subfloor is caving in and the furnace is not working. How much can a foundation issue cost to fix?
