A company based in Philadelphia and Baltimore that does turnkey properties and Brrrr investments for their clients. They sound interesting, anyone that has worked with a company called Turnkey Property Pro in Baltimore, what was your experience with them?

@Michael Kissi understood. I am looking to Brrrr as well, but as Stephen said it is difficult getting conventional loans with a high DTI. So I have connected with a hard money lender to finance a fix & flip. Using the fix & flip strategy as a means to raise capital and pay down debt, then ultimately start to Brrrr.
