 You are so correct, I am daily engaging and learn from other people's successes and failures. It's an amazing group of real estate pro's. It's been quite a blessing, 

And an update since I'm here... as of today I'm officially a real estate agent! 

I have the same question. I"m setting up an LLC with a Partner. I'm looking for advice on a thorough shareholder agreement for us.

Without my spouse's blessing, I wouldn't considering heading down this path. I would venture to say that's it's all but impossible to find success and happiness without the complete buy in and support of your spouse.

Much Like Field of Dreams.... "If you build it, They will come" 

We can "flip it" .... "If you find it (a deal), They will (the $) come"

Every real estate investor I've met with for guidance/counsel & most every book I read  puts the emphasis on finding a great deal and you'll be able to find the $$$. 

Don't rob yourself now when your just getting started!

Pearline Hardy Hey there newbie (from a fellow newbie)! You're in the right place to learn and connect. There's so much knowledge to be gained on these forums and from these great BP colleagues. I attended the last KCIG event and unfortunately it was a guru speaking/selling his system. It seems like it could have been great but he played his cards really close to the vest and didn't provide any real meat. I'm looking forward to my first MAREI meeting Aug 11!
