I made the call this morning to the seller. He was very rude! He didn't give me a chance to ask him any questions. The 1st thing out his mouth was, "What price or ballpark price would I give him for the property?' I replied, that I would 1st have to visit the property to evaluate. He rudely interrupted me and said, "Well you have pictures and I don't do museum park and so on and so on....... WOW!! I'm glad I made the call & now I can move on comfortably...

@Penny I. @Paul Sorgi_-you are too funny. Made me laugh.... Penny I I have to agree with you. This BP Community has been so good to me and answering any of my questions. I love the people here. Anytime I am facing confusing "Who you gon call?" Not ghost busters!!! I'm calling on my BP crew!! Thank you all so much the insight. I appreciate the advice and I will keep you all posted.

I sent out yellow letters to Expired Listings. I received a call thru Google VM, seller left message. His message was so intimidating to me. He had his house on market for $99,000, someone made him an offer of $80k's that he turned down. I am a wholesaler with no money. He says he has been in Real Estate biz for over 40yrs as a hobby. I can call him back if I can come up with Tenative numbers, if not don't waste his time. Is this a deal I should walk away from because he doesn't seem that MOTIVATED to me. He says he has 20 other homes he will start liquidating soon. Ugh!! So frustrating. Am I too eager to get my first deal?

@Kenneth E. this is so helpful. I appreciate you taking the time to enlightens us newbies. I just posted a question that maybe you can answer. I am now working with a REA that has sent me a 90 day Cash sold property list. The goal is for me to obtain the Buyer to build my Buyers list. The information only list the name of the buyer. How can I acquire the Buyers email address and phone number? Can you refer a site where I wont have to pay a fee?

I am now working with an Investor friendly Real Estate Agent. She has emailed me a list of properties sold within the last 90 days so that I can build my buyers list. The information sheet list the Buyer's name, but no other information. How can I research Buyers phone number or email address? Are there any free sites?
