I am sending out yellow letters to property owners that have liens on their homes. If I was to put one of these properties under contract who pays the liens? How do the liens come into the price for the seller or buyer?

Brandon Sturgill I send out Yellow Letters to Absentee Owners. It's a yellow sheet of paper from like a legal pad, Dear Owner, My name is **** and I would like to $BUY$ your property at **address**..Please give me a call at **** Thank you, *your name*..... If they are interested in selling they will call. Some absentee owners have a forwarding address that your letter will go to

Maybe I misunderstood. Michael Quarles your funny!! Marcus Maloney and everyone I understand clearly now. Thank you!

Why is it when I ask Buyers would they be interested in properties in a particular area the first thing they ask is "What's the address"... It irritates me! The reason being is when I got into Wholesaling one of the first lessons taught was NOT to tell the address because they will try to go around you and steal your deal. Is this true or am I just paranoid?

Roc P. I just found an Investor Friendly Real Estate agent. She gets my comps and leads. I just started working with her so that's all the information I have. She says she works with plenty of investor. I asked her how does she get paid. She states the sellers pay her. Hope that helps
