Very interesting, I might look into this. I have a script now that scans local county tax records and then grabs all the listings that meet my criteria. Then I dump them into a database.
Collecting the data above should be pretty straightforward but designing some sort of front-end/map view might be a little time consuming.

Especially now that Google allows you to target "In-Market" audiences you can really drill down to those that are actively looking to buy / rent / relocate -- https://cl.ly/461Z0I1m3m3i
Then to take it a step further, retarget this traffic through Facebook ads, you cost will be much lower and you can stay in front of them with various followup ads!

Some use it to gain immediate traffic and pair it up with an organic SEO campaign for the long term. Others make PPC part of their long term strategy. If you can ear a return on your investment, why not do both? The more visibility you have the more chances of someone clicking through to your website.
What terms(s) are you ranking in the top 3 positions for?

@Ben Robertsyou also will want conversion data coming back through to your Adwords dashboard. Without conversions metrics you will have no idea what is the driving force behind those leads you're getting. Conversions and cost/conversion are two columns you will want to focus on.
CallRail can be used for call tracking and will sync with Google Analytics and Adwords. For any forms you can either create an event on the submit button (less accurate) or a "thank you" page, then use that "thank you" URL as a goal.
