@Mason Hickman
I just checked out city-data.com.
That has a wealth of information on it. Thank you for putting me onto it!
I'll make sure to find a few different people in each city I'm looking to invest in to get an idea of what area to avoid.
Cheers

Student rentals make good buy-and-hold investments, or else people would've stopped buying them a long time ago.
But what are the pros and cons associated with a student housing investment compared to a traditional buy-and-hold investment where you're not renting exclusively to students?
Does student housing appreciate more/faster?
How likely is the horror story of tenants absolutely destroying their unit?
How do the vacancy rates compare? Is student housing easier to fill?
I'm curious to see what you have to say!
Cheers.

Hey!
If I have a very unique AirBnB, something like glamping on a sunflower farm,
With no local comparisons,
How would I go about setting rent?
Do I compare with similar properties regardless of location?
Or are there different/better strategies for setting rent on a very unique AirBnB?

Hey!
If I'm investing out of state, or somewhere I've never been in person before,
Is there some way to figure out if I'm buying in a good or bad part of the city?
I could check google street view, but is there a way I could quantify this in some sort of way to be able to compare apples to apples?
I'm curious to see what some of the solutions are!
Cheers,

I'm looking to educate myself more on long-distance investing and international REI.
What are some good books on the topic?
Any specific content creators that cover this topic?
Any online blogs or forums dedicated to long-distance investing/international REI?
Cheers!
