I haven’t been on FB for a while and I am so much less irritated.

Bigger pockets is great!  But, all these podcasts have hidden intentions of selling books!!!  They are becoming book sellersThe average guy don’t need to know about syndications, creating corporations, raising million...

Just as all of you in this thread have had a different perspective and thought on one particular scenario, say, bringing a sandwich into a shop, and your thoughts on that exact action - how it has affected each one of you to a point - either of irritation, anger, or some could care less. 

I was irritated and let the mortgage guy know and that’s when he let slip that they do see the amount of the requested loan amount and could figure out from that what the appraisal needed to be.

I was happy to help the new buyer so the transaction would go smoothly but it was herding cats trying to get her the guest's info, pricing, respond to irritated guests who had to go through extra steps of rebooking with new owner, etc. 

I realize I can get a text message but that just sends me to the web portal version and is kind of irritating to use- I wish I was able to log in using Facebook, Twitter and/or LinkedIn.

Even if you did have mold, it usually doesn't create health problems although it may irritate an existing health problem.

I found it irritating every time you join a real estate group, forum or meeting and there is the one person or people that want to know “when is the next recession happening?”
