My culture was of such that the humiliation is too great a pain to endure to take such.

Very amateurish as far as skill level and endurance, but it is a start.

It seems that a lot of the younger crowd are determined to never fail, as if that were too painful to endure.

You can drastically reduce the amount of stress you will endure when you have enough reserves that you can just write a check and know that it is part of the business.

I suspect anywhere in Kansas will be similar (because wind and hail are two of the top drivers of insurance claims), but it's worth sleuthing out since things like these are silent chokers of your returns.All other things equal if you can buy and hold in a market with lower taxes, affordable insurance, and more ideal landlord-tenant laws that sweetens the pie :) 

I think it's a great buying opportunity if you have the stomach to endure the insane fluctuations, but for me, I easeeeeeee in every other Monday with an ETF type stock that tracks a broad market and has a bucket of securities within it.

I’m talking about those that write, in effect, “PM me and I’ll answer your question,” or, “Let’s network,” as if they have something proprietary to share which no one else could or should possibly know.Part of the benefit of this board is the public scrutiny your post must endure to be deemed credible.

The hardship Morris is enduring is funny to imagine.
